Easily manage community requests from Telegram directly from Slack using our two-way Slack and Telegram integration. Eliminate silos & accelerate response times.

ClearFeed’s Slack–Telegram integration is a bridge that brings messages from monitored Telegram groups into the ClearFeed Inbox and, optionally, a Slack Triage Channel. Responders can manage these messages as structured requests and reply through a ClearFeed-managed Telegram bot.

You must be a ClearFeed Admin or Manager and have permission to add a bot to your Telegram groups and make it an administrator. Your browser must also allow pop-ups from ClearFeed. You do not need to create your own Telegram bot or provide a BotFather token.

Yes. Text messages and captions from an active, monitored Telegram group can automatically create ClearFeed requests and appear in its configured Slack Triage Channel. However, not every Telegram event is supported under the beta phase. Media-only messages, reactions, deletions, and advanced media synchronization are currently unavailable.

Yes. Each Telegram collection can have its own Slack Triage Channel. To route different Telegram groups to different Slack channels, create separate collections and assign each group to the appropriate collection. A Telegram group can belong to only one collection at a time.

The Slack–Telegram integration is available with ClearFeed’s External Helpdesk edition on the Professional and Enterprise plans. You can choose between agent-based pricing or usage-based pricing. View ClearFeed’s Helpdesk pricing or contact the team for help choosing the right model.

ClearFeed is better suited to ongoing Telegram customer support. Instead of simply forwarding messages through trigger-action workflows, ClearFeed turns Telegram conversations into managed requests with responders, ownership, statuses, Slack threads, and an inbox. Teams can collaborate and reply from Slack while users remain in Telegram. Zapier may be preferable for basic notifications, broadcasts, or general-purpose automation across many apps.
