The program is open to agencies, consultants, and tech platforms who work with B2B SaaS companies. If you have an audience or client base that uses Slack or MS Teams for customer and employee support, you're a great fit. We welcome partners of all sizes - from solo consultants to large agencies.
You earn 20% of the first-year contract value for every client you refer who becomes a paying customer. There's no cap on the number of referrals you can make or the commissions you can earn.
Referral commissions are processed quarterly. A referred customer must remain an active, paying customer for at least 3 months before the commission becomes eligible for payout. Eligible commissions are settled within 15 days after the end of the payout quarter, subject to ClearFeed receiving payment for the corresponding customer invoices.
Referral commissions are paid in one of two ways:
- Existing ClearFeed customers: The commission is applied as a credit to your next ClearFeed invoice.
- Partners and consultants who are not ClearFeed customers: The commission is paid via bank transfer.
