Users can get SLA alerts on requests on Slack, convert requests to tickets and issues (in systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Github etc), collaborate on customer and employee requests in private, get detailed service metrics on such requests and finally, automatically respond to requests using knowledge bases, documentation and FAQs. After authorizing ClearFeed to your Slack workspace - you add ClearFeed app to specific Slack channels on which employee and customer requests are being made and to triage channels from where you can manage those requests and respond to them. Our App is under review by Slack. Once the review is completed successfully, users will be able to install ClearFeed directly from the Slack App Directory.
The permissions required by ClearFeed will be shown by Slack as part of "Authorize Slack" step. Please note that ClearFeed can only read/write messages in Slack channels it is explicitly added to.
