Yes - ClearFeed is listed in the Slack App Directory and users can initiate the installation flow from there as well. However installation requires Signing Up for ClearFeed Web Application first.
The permissions required by ClearFeed will be shown by Slack as part of "Authorize Slack" step. They are also listed in the Permissions tab in the ClearFeed Marketplace listing. Please note that ClearFeed can only read/write messages in Slack channels it is explicitly added to.
