How to view Zendesk tickets created in Slack

You can segregate and view the tickets that were generated through the Slack integration using the automatically added 'created_from_slack' tag. These tags are attached to tickets that were created either using the slash command or the Slack action feature. 

To facilitate this, you can create a specialized view in Zendesk Support, which filters out tickets based on these specific tags. Here's how:

Step #1: Access Zendesk Support Views

Navigate to Zendesk Support and locate the Views section.

Step #2: Create a New View

Initiate the creation of a new view.

Step #3: Set Up Filtering Criteria

Configure the new view to filter tickets based on tags.

Step #4: Enter the Tag

In the filtering criteria, enter 'created_from_slack' as the tag.

Once this view is saved and enabled, it will display only the tickets that were initiated through the Slack integration using the slash command or the Slack action.
