By authenticating your organization's Atlassian account, you can configure the Jira Service desk integration in a matter of minutes. After integrating ClearFeed with your organization's Jira Service desk account, you can begin converting Slack conversations into Jira tickets without leaving your Slack workspace.
Use the ClearFeed actions from the More Actions menu to create Jira tickets, or configure emoticon action to simply convert a Slack conversation using your favorite emoji. ClearFeed will create a Summary for you and will automatically sync new messages from the Thread to the Jira Ticket(Lean more about Bi-directional sync).
